Customer called about a power loss to several circuits. Informed customer that several breakers were tripped and that we would need to perform a troubleshoot. We are unable to warranty any work due to the age of the panel and condition of the main electric system. Informed customer that the system is extremely old and already overloaded. Left options for replacement as well as troubleshooting the circuits
- attempt to restore flow to kitchen drain due to complete stoppage currently. Will return tomorrow morning to camera line with supervisor. - preformed sewer camera inspection on sewer system to check piping for any visual issues. Found significant issues with plumbing system including cracks, belly and substantial build up. Recommended replacement of sewer piping. Planning to follow up with customer Thursday.
1. Inspect wires in attic (cannot verify hidden or covered wires) 2. Open electrical panel and inspect panel 3. Visual look on inside plugs and switches Did a whole home safety inspection and customer recently has had a rodents in her attic. Crawled around everywhere inside attic and did not find any chewed up wires that were 120 V and above. There were low-voltage wires in the attic that were tapped and connected together or broken or other issues and explain to customer. It is low-voltage and we do not work on low-voltage. Inspected the rest of the house and gave options for customer. There is no issues in the attic with the electrical from what I can see visually.
- Attempt to pop clog under home on kitchen / laundry line. - run cable from under kitchen sink. Successfully popped clog , did explain to homeowner that my cable was binding up really hard while running it which signifies a bigger issue , to determine the issue we will need to run a camera into the drain however he isn’t wanted to get the pipe checked out currently. No warranty on cable
Replace and troubleshoot gfci with cover and siliconed box. *5 year warranty only on gfci* 1. Install whole home surge protection (lifetime warranty) 2. Install 2 plugs in the back yard 3. Run conduit In patio 4. Intermediate troubleshooting in backyard *5 year warranty minimum* Extended existing soffit outlet circuit to other side of covered patio and ran conduit to two new outlets. Installed whole home surge protection, and installed slim 2 pole 20 for pool pump and outlets that are sharing neutral.

Gave estimate for Camera inspection customer declined. No warranty on drain restore

Converting 4 foot LED fluorescent lights to 4 foot LED
